This isn't so much in regards to the death JKR has
mentioned that will "half-crucify" her, but the other
one, the "fan of Harry's" that may or may not be the
same person.  Most people suggest one of the Creevys,
Ginny (I hope not!), or Dobby. I think thos eare
really good ideas, but what about someone less
prominent?   When I was thinking of Harry's fans, and
especially after re-reading SS/PS with my mother last
month, Deadalus Diggle came to mind.  It could easily
take place in the first part of book 5, something
mentioned in the daily prophet, another mysterious
death.  Harry has alot of fans, doesn't he?
