That is virtually impossible as Lily is stated to be muggle-born numerous 
times. A big one is Petunia talking about how pleased her parents were to 
have a witch in the family and they didn't see what a freak her sister was. 
If they were magic then of course they wouldn't have been surprised or deemed 
Lily aa freak.

Another is when Hagrid is talking about blood line. He said something about 
it not mattering and said something along the lines of "Just look at your 
mum!" to make a point of blood not mattering.
