If this girl blew the whistle on you all the time then she definitely isn't a 
Hermione! Think of all those times she didn't tell on Ron or Harry and even 
broke rules herself. She's basically the brains of the operation for them.

Besides, Hermione loosens up more all the time. In PoA she told off Malfoy 
and slapped him, stomped out of Trelawney's class and used the time-turner to 
save Sirius. In GoF she seemed a bit uptight but I believe that was stress. 
It never ceases to amaze me that people hate Hermione! ^_^
