Percy is idealist, who's ideas are : Following Rules Perfectly - the 
"Perfect Percy" as the twins called him. Percy admired Barty Crouch - but I 
think the twins saw trough the man. With all their pranks, I'd think the 
twins know that everything's not as it seems to be. Twins idea is all about 
laughter! They laugh when they're subjected to a prank (this is THEIR ideal 
place) themselves (getting the beard from the ageline)... They wouldn't 
steal - or just accept money that drops to their lap, but well, they DID 
accept it and had enough manners to thank Harry who gave them their dream - 
with only one request: Making the little brother Ron happy (which the twins 
would have, I guess, done with their own gambling victory as well).
