I believe that was supposed to be interpreted into "Was Black already working
for Voldemort?". Ok, we're going to think like we think it was Black that was
guilty at this time....Obviously he didn't realize exactly that he was facing
12 years in Azkaban but surely he must realize that Azkaban time was very
likely if he was a a DE and planning on betraying the Potters
