Couldn't agree more. Power is power. It's what you do with it that counts - 
like well, even the most absolute sovereignity on one person's shoulders has 
it's good sides - if the sovereign is someone like Dumbledore (Now there's 
one who can be trusted with power) - but could be a hell with Fudge... or a 
Dursley! (Imagine Vernon Dursley as the ruler - anyone not fitting his tiny 
little concept of "normal" would be dead!)
