Well - the real!Moody wouldn't be putting Imperious on a student - or anyone
for that matter. He'd be nice - and Neville wouldn't be afraid of him. (I
think Neville knew - but didn't exactly realise it - who the Fake!Moody was:
The very same who cruciated his parents)... Real!Moody would NOT keep spider
under crucio until a student yells him to stop (particularly not with
someone with Neville's background in the class)...
