Dumbledore mentions an Arabella Figg, which we assumed is the same person as 
Harry's neighbor, Mrs. Figg. JKR has confirmed in a chat I read that Arabella 
and Mrs. Figg are, in fact, one and the same.

Does anyone else think that Arabella may be related to Perkins? He's the old 
man in Mr. Weasley's office and from whom Arthur borrows the tents. The one 
tent smelled a lot like Mrs. Figg's (and the crazy cat lady who lives in 
town's) house..
