Which Hogwarts Class Would You Attend?

According to the Lexicon, the Hogwarts classes are:

Ancient Runes
Arithmancy
Astronomy
CoMC
Charms
DADA
Divination
Herbology
History of Magic
Muggle Studies
Potions
Quiddich/Flying
Transfiguration

If you could only attend one Hogwarts class, which class would you 
choose, and why?  And yes, if you choose DADA, you have to attend 
classes with each DADA professor.  Extra credit:  Which Hogwarts 
class would you least like to attend, and why?
