Top four are Charms, DADA, Quidditch/Flying, and Transfiguration. All the 
others are eliminated because we either don't know much about the class, no 
magic is done in the class, I'd fall asleep in the class, or I know I'd be 
awful in the class.

Quidditch/Flying is my first choice. I've never been afraid of heights and 
would LOVE to be able to zoom around on a broom. Charms would be second 
choice as it seems like the class that would be the most useful.

Care of Magical Creatures. I don't like animals much unless I can be a good 
ten feet away from them. I'd loathe Hagrid's class except for the Unicorn 
class. That'd be the only day I'd be happy.
