How so Erie?  That would mean that the order member was getting the worst of
any particular duel with V, but that is effect, not cause.  Assuming that
order members do not go around murdering people, I'm not sure that priori
incantum would result in anything coming out of their wands that they would
have to be afraid of.
 
The advantage, of course, would be the ability to stop or greatly slow down
V's spells, particularly the AK curse -- until the order could call in
reinforcements.
