PoA Ch16 pg 320 (in the American version) "Before Fudge could answer,
two *wizards* came through the castle doors behind him." The emphasis
is mine...I think that it is rather clear, of course it is HP's
POV, so like the vampire/Snape theory anything is possible for
speculation. He *is* a death eater...maybe that should be listed as a
type of beast ;)
