Considering that at the end of GoF it looked like Dumbledore was sending Snape back to Voldemort to renew his double-agent act, this is a very highly possibly scenario. If Harry can't manage to keep his nose out of trouble and let others protect him (which we all know he can't) then it's possible he will run afoul of the Death-Eaters again, and it would be necessary for Snape to save him... which would, of course, sacrifice him to the Death-Eaters, as his cover would be blown and they would be PISSED.
