>>A I have just said in my previous post, Harry should have gone to
live with his godfather, Sirius, when his parents were killed. When
Hagrid had been asked by Dumbledore to collect Harry, Sirius hadn't
commited any crime. So why didn't Dumbledore send Harry to live with
Sirius?<<

That IS a puzzle. Especially since Sirius was right there, and GAVE Hagrid the motorcycle, saying he wouldn't need it. Didn't Hagrid and Dumbledore think that was odd?

>>fraternizing wih the enemy<<

Well spotted! I always thought that as much of Ron's frustration with the Hermione/Victor thing was that 1) Hermione was fraternizing with the enemy, 2) Hermione hadn't dumped Victor to help Ron out by going with him to the dance, and 3) he was as much jealous of HERMIONE as of VICTOR. After all, Victor is Ron's hero, he's got the action figure and all, and there's Hermione getting to talk to him and everything (I'm not suggesting a Ron/Victor shipping, BTW)
