Let's not forget the dungeons! Will we ever find out more about 
their history? What is Nick's Deathday room used for? Is this the 
place they used to hang students manacled upside down (Filch's good 
old days?). Is it where the Bloody Baron got so bloody?

Perhaps the prefects have some other special rooms too? Not to 
mention the teachers.

Salazar had his secret passage and rooms created - perhaps the other 
founders did as well? 

I think Hogwarts has many, many, surprises left, at any rate...
