Yes, but haven't they put quite a bit of pressure on him to win the
games for them. I don't think it will be Harry, but he is well
respected and the best player on the team. Angelina is a favorite due
to the GoF mention that she put her name in the goblet, but in PoA
Katie Bell (or was it Alicia Spinnet...darn that memory of mine) seems
to be the one scoring the most points in the final game. I think that
F&G would rise to the occasion if they were made co-captians (this is
very common in collegiate hockey in the US). As far as the girls go,
we only know Angelina's age...Katie and Alicia could very well be one
year older than Harry (doubtful, but it could be).

<heavy sarcasm>Yes the Dursleys are such good nurtures. What better
way to say "I love you" than to lock you in the cupboard under the
stairs and give you used socks!</heavy sarcasm> Sorry couldn't resist
that one.

To say the least...that would apply to why he wasn't left with the
Malfoys if the 3 flower sisters (Petunia, Lily, Narcissa) theory were
true.

I believe he intended Sirius Black to be the guardian should anything
happen. I'm sure if Dumbledore had been in on the secret keeper
switch, he would have instructed Hagrid to hold Harry at Hogwarts
until Sirius showed up to collect him.

Hmm...I wonder if anybody has a Pascal to charms convert I could get
my hands on.. ;)
But seriously...this got me thinking; has anybody wondered why the
library doesn't have a magical card catalog? What does Pince do all
day? Dust? Shush the students? Seems she should be working on the
enchanted card catalog which will find summon the book from the
shelves forward. As I read these books, I can't help but think that
this would be a great tool in their hunt for Flamel, Basaliks,
Hypogriff defense, and gillyweed (is that what McGonnagle's Gillywater
is made from?), no? Perhaps it would make some of the quest a bit too
easy...but this is one area where we muggles have the wizards beat!mail.rogershsa.com
