Sure, they're corporeal.  They lead Karkaroff in to trial, holding 
onto his arms or shoulders, which seems a bit unlikely, to say the 
least, if they were ghost-like.  They didn't have skeletal hands, but 
scabbed and swollen hands; Harry says like something that died and 
decayed underwater.
