I think they all get their letters in the summer. The only reason Harry
gets it on his birthday is that it takes a couple of days before they
manage to deliver it. The first letters came a few days before his
birthday.

But I don't really care whether she is two months younger or ten months
younger. Before the debate I assumede that she was two months younger,
only because it would be so here.
