I assume you mean "Delacour", but the English meaning "of the court" is 
correct. It is interesting that "cour" also means "court" in the sense of 
love, "faire la cour a' quelqu'un" meaning "to be courting someone". Much 
more appropriate for a Veela. It is also possible that the name could be a 
derivation of "de la coeur", meaning "of the heart" - also quite appropriate.

I would question the Malfoy derivation from "mal fee" - it is more likely to 
have come from "mal foi", meaning bad trust or faith.
