The Delacour/Malfoy family names

There is a very good book that I saw at Waldenbooks yesterday - 
called something to the effect of "The Magical Worlds of Harry 
Potter".   It explains the significance of many things in the HP 
books, including why Malfoy is an appropriate last name for 
Draco and Lucius.  I regret that I can't remember the answer ;-)  
But it definitely looked like an interesting book, which some of 
you may want to check out.
