"is Lily really dead" issue

Of course Lily is really dead. As said in an earlier post, she came 
out of the wand at the end of GOF, just like all the other victoms. 
And here is a peice evidence that she is not a ghost:

During an online chat J. K. Rowling recieved the question: 'What makes 
some witches and wizards become ghosts after they die and some not?'  
She replied: "You don't really find that out until Book seven, but I 
can say that the happiest people do not become ghosts. As you might 
guess Moaning Myrtle!" 

And:
J. K.  Rowling informed us that, "Magic can't bring dead people back 
to life, so we will not see a flesh and blood Lilly and James Potter"
