Perhaps what is meant by 'conjuring' is simply "taking
something from one place to another without having to
walk to the first place to bring it to the second".

Ex: Bill's Tablecloth. Instead of walking to the linen
closet, getting the table cloth and then putting it on
the table, he simply "accesses" the table cloth from
the closet and -poof-.

All the things you've mentioned seem to be things the
person would have at home.

In the case of the Leprechaun gold, they simply
conjure it back in a few hours, apparently giving the
person they gave it to/who stole it/whatever the
chance to use it to buy things while they still could.
(Of course, the Leprechaun 'conjuring' might work
differently than that, but it's a theory. ;) )
