I don't *own* any of the HP books, and haven't read the two one-offs for Comic Relief yet -- so I abjectly humble myself and apologize if this question is covered by Magical Beasts. But...
Given that this says werewolves are "almost unique" in preying primarily on humans, what then do vampires eat in the Potterverse? Something other than human blood? Or are vampires the "other" creatures who prey on humans?
