[HPforGrownups] Dursley's Christmas Presents

There's ben discussion of this here on the list at various times, and in the
18 months I've been here, I think that the theory that Muggles send mail to
some postal drop, possibly at or near The Leaky Cauldron from which mail is
picked up by the school owls, is likely. Students who don't want owls flying
into their neighborhoods can also send letters to their parents and friends
this way, where the owls deliver things with the muggle stamps the students
brought from home to that postal drop. 
Obviously not canon but a popular theory.

Anyone have any idea how the Dursely's get their presents to Harry every
year at Hogwarts? I mean, they don't have an owl, and they aren't likely to
put a package for "Hogwart's School of Witchcraft and Wizardry" to the real
postman, are they?

Anyone have a thought?
