This is my first time posting.  Hello to everyone on both sides of the Atlantic.  Hope I reply in the correct format.

How do the Dursley's post presents to Harry?  I am going to guess that, in the original letter that Dumbledore left with infant Harry, there must have been a way for the Dursley's to contact him if any questions arose.  That is probably how the "gifts" are sent to Harry.
