The book Hermione gets the information on Nicolas Flamel is described 
as an "enormous old book" (PS English edition page 160). So although it 
says he is 665, we don't have any indication when the book was written 
and therefore, no idea when is 665th birthday was. Also, it is 
Perenelle, his wife who is listed as being 658, not Nicholas.
