Er, this same topic is going on in another thread that just started 
yesterday.  Anyway, there are plenty of ways in which Harry could 
kill Sirius if he really thought about them.  He knows how to set 
things on fire, he knows how to levitate things (and thus bludgeon 
them) he knows how to transfigure them into something harmless and 
then do whatever to them, etc.  Be creative!
