Dumbledore's previous experience could indeed be very
beneficial to Harry, but I have a feeling that this
Grindelwald fellow was probably not as big and bad as
Voldemost, who supposedly is the most evil wizard of
all time.

One question though-- I wonder how Dumbledore did
defeat Grindelwald? Did he use the Avada Kedevra
curse? Because Dumbledore doesn't seem to be the type
to actually kill someone. Does "defeat" mean dead, or
is Grindelwald in Azkaban? Or maybe he just renounced
his evil ways or something. I keep thinking about
Merlin in The Sword and the Stone (Disney movie.) He
defeats a witch in a duel by transfiguring himself
into a bacteria and giving her a small pox-like
infection. Do you think this could be applicable as a
curse in the Harry Potter world?
