Gosh--Draco certainly didn't seemed at all abashed each time he went 
after Neville's remembrall!  He seemed to think/feel that "might made 
right" and certainly didn't view either personal space or personal 
property beyond his encroachment.  Perhaps, after one wizard 
vanguishes another, the defeated wizard's magical possessions become 
the victor's property. . . .is that how some wizards acquire such
