I don't think their kids would be half-bloods.  What that situation 
would be is Ron marries Hermione's completely hypothetical and 
probably non-existent Muggle sister.  Their kids are magical.  They 
would be half-bloods.

Otherwise, Harry himself would be a half-blood, and Malfoy would hold 
that against him.  Since Malfoy never says a word about it, I doubt 
Harry is a half-blood.
