But the Gryffs do have a class with the Huffs: Herbology.  And 
apparently there are about as many Hufflepuffs as there are Gryffs 
and Slyths, since the day they potted the mandrakes "about 20 pairs 
of different-colored earmuffs were lying on the bench".
