I still can't believe in parents stupid enough to name their sons
(whether or not twins) Romulus and Remus. It would be like naming
them Cain and Abel, an INVITATION to them to kill each other.
(However, I could believe that the Lupins named their first son
Romulus because he was born in Rome, and the child unfortunately
died, and they named their next son Remus sort of in memory of him.
Maybe Romulus died because of the Dark Side. I don't think that
Voldemort's Death Eaters were active on the continent, but maybe they
did something foolish like go visit the grandparents in Britain.
Maybe the parents left Rome because of the sad memories. That would
explain why a child whom I choose to believe was born in Greece was
given a Roman name.)
If the parents used that Naming Charm that Pippin hypothesized, that
gives the child a name which is related to hiser destiny, that the
parents aren't able to change, then the destiny reflected in the name
Romulus Lupin, like the one reflected in the name Remus Lupin, is
they would both be werewolves.

Okay, it DERIVES from 'informer' but it MEANS 'flatterer, suck-up'.
Another meaning of 'fig' is an obscene hand gesture, a fist with the
thumb sticking out between first and second finger, which is the
meaning used in the phrase 'I don't give a fig for his opinion'. Just
as the hand gesture known as 'the finger' (or apparently as 'the
bird') depicts male genitalia, so the 'fig' depicts female genitalia.
