Hagrid, apology for OT post

I believe that Hagrid's position as Keeper of the Keys will prove 
significant.  I don't think it's just a groundsman job where he locks 
the gates at night.  After all, he didn't seem to play any part in 
the security arrangements after Sirius' attacks on the Fat Lady and 
the 3rd years' dorm.

Personally, I think it's a multiple dimensions thing.  Hagrid perhaps 
plays a key role in connecting Hogwarts through to other aspects of 
reality not accessible to Muggles, but which maybe are the natural 
realm for ghosts, etc.  His giant ancestry may make this job easier 
for him.
