Of Mundungus Fletcher and Silver Hands

   Doesn't Mr. Weasley say a Mundungus Fletcher nearly
hexed him during a Ministry raid? This would suggest
MF is either a suspicious character or one of the
Ministry team whose aim was a bit off in all the
excitement.
   Silver hands are not unknown in folklore. For
example there was a Nuada of the Silver Hand, a King
of the Fair Folk if I remember correctly.
