Is there a pointer to the interview? I've caught a few of the JKR talks
here and there, mostly on Scholastic's very cute web site, but I've missed
most of them. Is there a collection of them some place? I'd like to see
what I've missed.

So, it sounds like there's an apprentice system working. Quite reasonable
since so many things seem stuck in the 19th to early 20th century - the
Hogwarts Express springs to mind.
Thanks for the insight.
