Well, on Amazon.com, you can now order what seems to be picture book 
versions of certain scenes from the movie - just do a search for 
HARRY POTTER in the title and "Scholastic Trade" as the publisher and 
you will find the following titles: 
Adventures With Hagrid 
The Sorting Hat Ceremony
Friendship
Hogwarts School
Journey on the Hogwarts Express and
Learning To Fly

The age group is 4-8. I've ordered all of them, and plan to give them 
to my Harry for his birthday next year, when he'll be 3. I think 
he'll LOVE them!
