Norbert's in the movie, he's in the telly trailers and why would they cut
something out of the movie yet keep it in the telly trailers?  Beyond that
it's fun scenes that have no real plot point (they could lose points another
way) but is a favorite of everyone and gives a glimpse into Hagrid's
character.
