I wouldn't call this prediction though. I consider more of a clairvoyant
type of situation. He's not predicting anything, he's watching as
something unfolds.

Ron hasn't come off worse in a fight ... yet. Remember that it was in
POA that he predicted Harry's windfall of money, and that didn't happen
until GoF. Perhaps we haven't seen the betrayal yet. Perhaps the
betrayal and coming off worse in a fight happen at the same time?
Perhaps Ron will betray Harry and end up being injured or killed by
trying to make amends?
Also...who's prediction is it? Is it the person who takes the
prediction, or the person who made it up?

I was attached to Ron being a seer, but that's just because I want him
to have some glory. Then I started thinking about Harry, and well..Harry
already has so much, especially Defense against the Dark Arts that I
think him being a Seer would be overkill. But what about Hermione? I
actually don't remember her making *any* predictions, just shooting down
everyone else's predictions. The thing I find interesting is that she
criticizes Trelawney and her class, but when Hermione leaves, she
doesn't leave Divination altogether. She just switches the type of
Divination to Arithmancy. Isn't that prediction using numbers? I think
Hermione will end up being quite spectacular in that subject. Should we
be watching Hermione instead of Ron and/or Harry?
