And was she a Slytherin? ~~~~~
Along this line, I'd like to give my thoughts on the "last Slytherin heir"
business.
In my opinion, the reason Voldemort killed James is because he and James
(and Harry, of course) were the last remaining Slytherin heirs. Voldemort
wanted to be the ONLY remaining heir because (just my opinion, remember)
there is a vast fortune involved AND there is something to do with becoming
ruler of the world or something to the last remaining heir. That's why he
wasn't going to kill Lily, only James and Harry, but Lily wouldn't allow
him access to her son. I think Harry is a much more powerful wizard than
even HE knows. Maybe he has a mental block that he hasn't surpassed yet
but, when he finally does, it will be an awesome event. I don't think that,
just because James or even Tom's mother were Slytherin's heirs that they
had to be sorted into Slytherin tower. And the same for Harry.......if my
theory turns out to be true.
