Having just re-read it, I think it'd have to be the part in GoF where Ron 
and Harry make up. Hermione loses her cool completely. She stomps her foot, 
calls them both stupid, and hugs them mercilessly. We need to see GoF as a 
movie if only for that scene!

In a way, it's nice. It shows that Hagrid has a sense of humor, even about 
his own somewhat looked-down-upon passion for dangerous pets. Fang, the most 
violent sounding pet he's had is in fact a huge pushover. It's irony, it is!
