I should clarify here.  I don't think Fred & George are going to join the 
Death Eaters, just like I don't read most people's suggestion of Percy's 
vulnerability as a suggestion that he will join them.  Rather, the idea is 
that for different reasons, each is susceptible to manipulation by the Death 
Eaters, which will get them into trouble from which they will not find it 
easy to escape.
