Did someone call for a paranoid LOON?  

I can't make sense of Crouch Sr.'s tendency to call Percy "Weatherby" 
either.  Sure, maybe Crouch is used to calling Mr. Weasley "Arthur", 
so he mangles the last name.  

But the real question for me is why Crouch Sr. is calling Percy by 
his perceived last name?  Crouch Sr. calls Bagman "Ludo," he calls 
Mr. Weasley "Arthur," he calls Dumbledore "Albus."  I couldn't find 
an instance where Crouch Sr. addresses anyone directly by their last 
name.  

So, what does this mean?  Well, Flying Hedgehog-types know, don't 
we?  Percy is operating under an alias!  Yes, that's it!  Percy is 
passing himself off as Weatherby Weasley.  Percy has something to 
hide, that's what is going on.  Percy. Is. Not. Evil.  But I'm not 
sure he's to be trusted.
