Dedications

Greetings, Potterians:

Here's a question for the true experts on the list.  Who are Jill Prewett, Aine Kiely, and Mr. Ridley?  I'm looking for facts here, preferably accompanied by a citation.  I should also add that if Steve Vander Ark's excellent HP Lexicon (or another Potter reference page) already has this info., please feel free to
direct me to that page.  I'll go quietly.

To explain the above question (in case it needs explaining)....
Book one is dedicated to Jessica, Ann, and Di (Rowling's daughter, mother, and sister)
Book two is dedicated to Sean P. F. Harris (owned turquoise Ford Anglia, in which he and Rowling drove around as teens; also lent her money for deposit on a flat, when Rowling returned from Portugal, after end of her marriage to Jorge Arantes)
Book three is dedicated to "Jill Prewett and Aine Kiely, the Godmothers of Swing" (who are they?)
Book four is dedicated to Peter Rowling (her father), Susan Sladden (babysat Jessica while Rowling was writing the early novels), and "in memory of Mr. Ridley" (don't know who he is)
