Correct me if I'm wrong, but I do believe that Jo herself stated in a chat that Draco will NOT be redeemed. It made me sad to read that, because I would love for Draco to "see the light" and rebel against his father.

But then again... Jo can change her mind at any time....

Someone asked in a chat if Harry and Draco would join together to fight evil, and she said that was a rumor on the internet that she had heard as well.

There are 3 ways, at least, to read the answer:
1. She gave a nonanswer in the first place and hasn't said whether the rumor was true or false
2. Draco will fight evil, he just won't join with Harry when he does it
Or
3. Draco will never fight evil in any way-he'll just run from it like he did in PS

Two of the above may be true.
