I don't think so because JKR said herself in a chat that Harry 
wouldn't be tempted towards the dark side, and also, we don't know 
the reasons why exactly Vold *wants* to kill Harry, but I think he 
just wants to get rid of him ASAP, to show off his powers that killed 
the "Famous Harry Potter." Lets just face it, Old Vold hates him. The
