Hmmm...well, there's really been no canon evidence of either (other than that 
Snape favors Draco)..although in MY mind, I picture him as very smart 
(perhaps just under Hermione...and I can deffinately see him becoming a 
perfect, even if his grades aren't the best, because of his relationship with 
Snape) and very handsome :)
