I don't know if Nuria is reading a translated version of GoF, but my
UK/US versions don't mention anything about Peter *seducing* Bertha
Jorkins.
"But Wormtail - displaying a presence of mind I would never have
expected of him - convinced Bertha Jorkins to accompany him on a
night-time stroll. He overpowered her...he brought her to me. And
Bertha Jorkins, who might have ruined all, proved instead to be a
gift beyond my wildest dreams...for - with a little persuasion - she
became a veritable mine of information." GoF, Chapter 33 UK edition
I suppose you could wonder if "night-time stroll" was a euphamism
for seduction, but that never occured to me, and I've never heard
this mentioned before.
I really would find it hard to believe that JKR intended anything
quite this EWWWWW (not to mention, Yuck!).
