Well if you ask me, the wizards would definitely win. Wizards are
everywhere
and look just like muggles, except for their outfits. How would
the
muggles
become organized? They wouldn't understand what was going on,
what
they are
fighting against. Technology rocks, but it can't compare to the
combination
of the wizard's magic and knowledge.
True... Magic *can* be directed on only Muggles, but what gun will
only destroy wizards? Dog-training mentioned is a good idea, though -
Marjorie Dursley may have done it already withou knowing it - or why
do her dogs tend to attack Harry but not Dudley? Bombs and such would
harm Muggles themselves more than wizards!

I've read few books... I'd want to be able to turn into dolphin
like
the animorphs did in the last one I read... What can I say -
dolphins
are my favorite animals so far...

True... Most of it is of *not knowing* though. Muggles being
*totally* unaware of the *existence* of magic, and some would lock
any adult into a mental hospital if they claimed otherwise.
Wizards,
no matter how in-bred within wizarding world at least do know that
Muggles *exist*. It also wouldn't be all *that* difficult to
capture
one and learn...
How would Polyjuice work if the "hair-donator" were Kissed, BTW?
While they can't be physically dead, (or the Polyjuice-user would,
too) does a sucked-out soul count in this matter? Just to think of
it... Getting a DE into Muggle-army to learn, then Imperio the big
boss and take over. Anyway... Imerius-curse on the leader of a
dictator-style system would do a *lot* of harm to the people, and
help Voldemort a lot!
But I think Voldemort wants to rule wizard-world first. So... a DE
is
*already* in Ministry, and another a close friend to the Minister
of
Magic? Almost too easy to Imperio the Minister - or kill him!
The rest of the books *will* be dark indeed. Never know *what*
Voldemort is about to do, who's on your side and who's not...
Marauder's Map *might* have other qualities not yet discovered by
Harry... where did it go? What ever happened to it after Crouch Jr
used it? Did Dumbledore get it or did Crouch send it to Voldemort?

Not to mention that magic and electricity/techonology simply won't
*work* with lots of magic around.

Banishing charm wouldn't work because a bullet is hard to aim at.
However... Voldemort curses the Muggle general with Imperius after
Apparating right next to him - and then *he's* the one giving orders!
Or he commands a Muggle to shoot at other Muggles...

Turn them into gerbils? How about putting Imperius on them so
they'd
actually *help* the wizard coming to power with no one even noticing
anything before it's too late?
Voldemort seems to be *fond* of using Crucio, AK and occasionally
Imperius when it suits his plans better...
