Ah, people are misunderstanding me. I never said I didn't like Ron
and I certainly didn't say he would become evil. I don't see Ron
"turning" evil because I don't see evil in him now. However, I do see
him as a prime candidate as a pawn for someone else's potentially evil
plans.

I know that Harry was the only student to successfully fight the
Imperius Curse, but Ron's inability to get it out of his system was
pruposely noted by JKR. There was no mention of Hermione at all
(which led me to ask about that a few months back). JKR, being the
master at foreshadowing that she is, seems to be hinting at something
here... to me, anyway.

I also very much agree that Ron has quite a bit of growing to do (as
does Draco, Hermione and even *gasp* my beloved Harry), but I never
liked his comments about Eloise Midgen or the nasty comments he made
to Hermione at the Yule Ball simply because she was there with Krum.
I am guilty of letting my emotions get the best of me. Thinking of my
own experiences makes me worry for Ron. I am looking forward to
seeing Ron think things through before jumping to conclusions the way
he has tended to do so far.
