I'd guess that if you drank polyjuice with a sample from a corpse, 
you'd BE a corpse. I doubt you would come back to life when the 
potion wore off, though.

A sample from a since-deceased person who was alive at the time 
the sample was taken, I dunno.  It seems Mrs. Croutch retained 
Barty Jr.'s form after she died, so maybe it works the other way, 
too.
